I ran production and operations on the first Qatar edition. It is the group's first multi-year IP delivery in that market, and I was contracted for it before the Al Ain build had closed.

I delivered seven GITEX programmes between 2023 and 2025, running government delegation meetings and VIP key accounts for delegations from 140+ countries. Contracted three different ways across the same group: DWTC directly, DWTC through Vibes Events, and KAOUN International, DWTC's sister company and the organiser behind GITEX. Includes the first ever GITEX Europe edition in 2025. 98% meeting conversion held as the benchmark across programmes, and +400% government meetings at GITEX Africa in my first year on it. Both are my own programme figures rather than published organiser statistics, and I can show the counts. Every edition led to the next one.
VVIP Transport & Operations Supervisor
I led a 60-chauffeur VVIP transport operation across every Dubai airport, moving guests for the world's richest race day.
I ran the Elite Buyers Program at Gulfood for DWTC, the world's largest annual food and beverage event.
DAFZA, DIEZ and CommerCity
I ran UAE National Day 2025 across DAFZA, DIEZ and Dubai CommerCity on the same day, including the MOU signing ceremony. Three sites, one immovable date, and no chance to sequence them.
Stage Manager
I stage-managed GISEC at Dubai World Trade Centre, the Gulf's largest cybersecurity event.

One engagement is named only by descriptor. That is at the client’s request and it stays that way: an established UAE experiential events group operating across the GCC, November 2025 to July 2026, three nested project roles.
Running a floor and delivering a project are different jobs. These were scoped, budgeted, procured, scheduled and closed: a start date, a fixed opening date, a handover, and somebody's name on whether it landed. That name was mine.
November 2025 to July 2026, for an established UAE experiential events group operating across the GCC: the Al Ain Flower Festival, the Al Ain Ramadan event, and Sneaker Con Doha. Three separate scopes, three separate closes, no gap between them.
UAE National Day 2025 delivered simultaneously across DAFZA, DIEZ and Dubai CommerCity, including the MOU signing ceremony. Parallel projects with a shared immovable date.
2026, end to end. Staging, AV, logistics and programme flow for a global entrepreneurship programme at Dubai Silicon Oasis, from scope through to closure.
