No more than once a week, and only the subjects you ticked.
What I keep
Your name and email, and if you give them, your mobile and WhatsApp numbers, the subjects you ticked and the page you signed up on. They reach my inbox through Formspree. I use them to send what you asked for and nothing else, and I never sell or share them. The detail.

Only if you tick the WhatsApp box. Saying yes to email does not cover it.
Stopping
Reply “stop” to any letter, or email me, and you come off the list. Ask in the same message and your details are deleted too.
The HUSTLERS groups
The group links on the freelancers page ask for the same short sign-up. There, the letter is a separate tick and never a condition.
