Twelve years of making sure the thing actually happens.

I came into events in 2013 the way most people do, at the bottom. Promoter work at GITEX Shopper, VVIP hospitality at the Dubai Air Show, a sales team to lead at Etisalat. Four years of learning what a floor feels like when it is about to go wrong.

The middle years were delegations and key accounts. Government delegations from more than 140 countries through DWTC, first as a Government Key Account Manager and then across GITEX Global, Africa and Europe. Seven programme deliveries between April 2023 and December 2025, including the first ever European edition and one direct engagement with KAOUN International, the organiser itself. The measure I care about is that each edition led to the next one.

Then operations proper. COP28 at Expo City. Dubai World Cup 2025, running VVIP transport with a team of 60 chauffeurs across every Dubai airport. Gulfood 2025 and its Elite Buyers Program. Galas with 500 guests, a dozen vendors and government protocol. Multi-site National Day work. A half marathon, a police-and-RTA cycling event, a festival build in Al Ain.

Somewhere in there I got tired of solving the same problem twice. So I learned to build. Python, SQL, models, and eventually whole systems. Auto Pilot Events OS came out of that: an operating system for an experiential events company, built solo in 28 days, 95 tools across 29 families, seven specialist agents and a director, 753 tests green. Alongside it, three live products and a personal AI operating system I use every day.

That is the whole of it. I run the floor, and I build the thing that makes the next floor cheaper to run. Not many people do both, and the two halves make each other better. Knowing what breaks at 2am is what tells you what to automate.
